I have been bringing my vehicles to Coattis for over 30 years and I have never felt the need to go anywhere else. Every time I had an issue with my car it was returned to me 100% repaired. When something unexpected happened to my cars it became a priority to them. If I had a problem and they discovered it was something trivial I would pick up my car and be told NO CHARGE. I promise you I have never felt I didn’t get what I paid for, if you bring your car there you will not regret it.
My family has been going to Coatti's for close to 60 years when grandfather Aldo Coatti ran the shop. They have always been fair and trustworthy. I send my mother there and know that she won't get ripped off. Good guys!
It's a bitter sweet being an Saab owner, know one wants to service them. Jose and the rest of the team over by Coatti's aren't a feared to do what other wont. I honesty think I've found my auto service center for my Saab 93 needs. P.s I even left with money in my pocket... that's a win-win for me. Thanks Coatti's for your great service.
I needed to have my car serviced in Nanuet, although I do not live in the area. Coatti's Service Station did an excellent job in a timely fashion and at a good price in spite of being short handed. From Maria to the mechanics everyone was very friendly while trying to accommodate me. I highly appreciated their professional help.
